Matters needing attention in starting the machine

Preparations for starting up after the holiday

After the festival, check the installation of each trunking and bridge to prevent the cable from being bitten by rats;Dust and wipe all photoelectric switches before starting the equipment.

When starting work after the holiday, first take an NC program to raise the knife and run it for about 5 minutes, so that the machine can have a running-in stage, and don't work just after starting up.

After the festival, check the belt wear, photoelectric fixing and wiring of drum line, and reserve common accessories.

  • Check whether the wires and cables inside the fuselage and chassis are cracked or not to prevent the cables from being bitten by rats.
  • Dust and wipe all photoelectric switches before starting the equipment.
  • Clean the grease on the equipment guide rail and rack.
  • Then, start the feeder, and then check whether the air pressure of the air source and the triplet are normal and whether there is air leakage.
  • Let the equipment start idling and low-speed running-in for about 10 minutes.
  • After preheating the running-in machine, check again whether there is abnormal sound in the operation of each mechanism.
  • If there is no abnormal sound, normal production can be started.
